Through the creation of tokens and helping to decentralize the system.
1- Motivation for the students.
Students are rewarded in tokens when they do actions that add value to the platform. These tokens may account for relevance (STUT tokens) or be traded to cash.
2- Motivation for the teachers.
Similarly, the teachers are rewarded for adding value to the community, as the STUT tokens show the additional effort.
3- Link with the job market.
The STUT tokens allow to identify the best students in any skill, the ones that fit a job position the best. And the system rewards both the students and the teachers that took part of their training.
In a decentralized community, the users themselves decide who is to be rewarded, with those who add value to the community getting benefits from it, in a system where everyone win.
